I take screenshots without my own character in it, using Snag-It 9.1.
I have hotkeyed a fixed (740x418) screencapture in Snagit.
I make a screenshot with myself on the left side and one on the right side.
Both are in the Snagit Editor
The one with you on the right side should be active.
Move the resize 'button' so that your character is no longer visible.
Copy it to the clipboard (I use ctrl-C)
Make the other screenshot active
Make sure that your mousepointer is more left and above the most upperleft part of the screenshot
Paste the clipboard (using Ctrl-v)
You will see that the copied part alignes correctly with this screenshot, and no character is seen
Save it
